Appointment Bookings

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

• Arriving on time ensures the full duration of your service. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early.
• If you are late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it, depending on availability.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Service Pricing

• Prices may vary depending on the stylist, hair length, and service complexity.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if pricing is not agreed upon before the appointment.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.
• A deposit may be required for certain bookings, such as large or bridal appointments. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.

Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift cards can be used for services and products but are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
